2. Service DescriptionRadio FM is an internet-based radio streaming application that provides access to a collection of radio stations from various countries and genres. The App does not own, host, or control any radio stations or their content. Streaming quality and availability are determined by the broadcasters.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must ensure they have a stable internet connection to use the App.
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
Users are prohibited from misusing the App, including but not limited to attempting unauthorized access, modifying the service, or using it for illegal activities.

The App does not create, upload, or store any radio content.
All intellectual property rights of the radio stations and their content belong to the respective broadcasters.
If a station owner believes their content is being used improperly, they can request removal by contacting support.
5. Availability & Streaming Quality
The App does not guarantee uninterrupted service, as streaming availability depends on third-party broadcasters.
Certain radio stations may become unavailable or experience downtime beyond our control.
Users can report non-functional stations for review, but we do not guarantee fixes.
6. Data Collection & Privacy
The App currently does not collect or store personal data.
No user accounts or sign-in features are required to access the App.
Future updates may include additional features that require data collection, in which case an updated Privacy Policy will be provided.
7. Third-Party Services & Advertisements
The App may display third-party advertisements or include external links.
We are not responsible for the content, reliability, or safety of third-party services.
Users interact with third-party links or ads at their own risk.

We are not responsible for any issues arising from interruptions, errors, or technical failures within the App.
